A Beach of Your Own on Lake LBJ

Imagine sitting on your own private beach, listening to the water gently lapping against the shore, and leisurely watching the boats go by.  Adding to the picturesque setting is a beautiful view of Packsaddle Mountain across the water.  The shallow water near the shore is perfect for wading and swimming, and the beach is perfect for sunbathing and beach games.  You will love this beach!

This vacation lake house is located on the Llano arm of beautiful, normally constant-level Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas, and is available for you and your family and friends to enjoy a wonderful weekend or vacation getaway.

This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath lake house can sleep up to 19 people comfortably.  There is ample seating in the dining area, in the living room, and on the over-sized deck.  There is also plenty of space for parking vehicles.

A great place to enjoy the lake vista and activity on the lake is from the spacious two-level deck which has four separate seating areas.  It comfortably accommodates everyone with its three tables and seating for up to 18 people.   A barbeque grill and a smoker are available for outdoor grilling and fun.

Hammock with a lake view

The hammock is perfect for taking a quick nap after a swim or just relaxing and watching the boats go by on the lake.  The shade from the oak tree along with the lake breezes make the hammock a favorite spot for relaxing.

When relaxing indoors, there is a view of the water from the living room, kitchen, dining area, and the master bedroom.  The home was designed to take advantage of the views of the lake.

The very spacious and comfortable living room has large sliding doors to the deck that brings the lake view indoors.  The wraparound sofa is the perfect spot to sit and visit.  The sofa has two seats with recliners and also has a hide-a-bed that can sleep two additional people.  You can watch cable TV or a movie on the VCR, and games are also provided for family fun.

The kitchen has state of the art appliances and is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks.  The microwave is handy for fixing popcorn, hot drinks, TV dinners, and more.

The dining table can seat up to 10 people and a breakfast bar provides three stools for extra seating.

A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a great view of the lake.  The master bath has a tub/shower combination.  There is plenty of closet space throughout the lake house.

The second bedroom

The second bedroom sleeps four people in two double beds.  A bathroom with a tub/shower combination is adjacent to the bedroom, and is between the second and third bedrooms.  A third bathroom with a shower is off the hallway.

The third bedroom is the fun bedroom!  It has four bunk beds, three with double beds on the bottom, and can sleep up to 11 people.  This bedroom also has a TV with cable TV and a VCR.  Children and teenagers love this bedroom!

The rear of the lake house

With Austin only an hour away, San Antonio about 90 minutes away, and Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth only about 4 1/2 hours away, this vacation rental is easy to get to, and a lot of fun once you are here.

Family reunions are welcome at the lake house.   The lake house is also perfect for company meetings, seminars and retreats.

Lake House Prices & Information:

October through March
   Nightly rates from  - $300 per night
   Holiday weekends are $360.00 per night

April through September
   Nightly rates from  - $325 per night
   Holiday weekends are $390.00 per night

Rates are based on occupancy of 6 or fewer people,
   additional persons are $15.00 per night.
Three night minimum May thru August
Weekly rate (7 nights) - $1950 for up to 6 people

Check in time is after 5:00 pm
Check out time is by 12:00 noon
Children are welcome.
We are sorry but we can not accommodate pets.
No smoking indoors.  Smoking is okay on the deck and outdoors.
