Kingsland Lodge is a Waterfront Resort located on the shore of Lake LBJ in the town of Kingsland, Texas.  The resort is on a nicely landscaped acreage with over 600 feet of waterfont on the lake, offering some of the best lake views in the state of Texas.  An outstanding assortment of mature trees, some over 150 years old, offer both shade and beauty to the grounds.

One of the most popular recreational and retirement areas in Texas, Kingsland is located on the shores of Lake LBJ, the Llano River and the Colorado River.  Kingsland is at the start of Lake LBJ where the Llano River and the Colorado River flow into the lake.  The boating and water activities on Lake LBJ and the neighboring lakes and rivers attract tourists from all parts of the U.S.

There are also several Arts & Craft Shows throughout the year in Kingsland.  The Annual Bluebonnet Festival in April each year brings artists and craftspeople from throughout Texas.  Tourists love the arts & craft shows.

Cabins For Rent

The winters are mild and can be in the 60's and 70's in the daytime.  The springtime is absolutely beautiful in the Kingsland area with the fields blanketed with wild flowers of blue, red, yellow, burgundy and white.  Summers are warmer and the breeze from the lake is appreciated.  Fall is another favorite time of the year with beautiful weather.

You will never feel closer to nature than when you are in the Highland Lakes area.

Kingsland, Texas is 60 miles northwest of Austin located on FM 1431, west of Marble Falls, on the Highland Lakes chain of lakes in the beautiful rolling hills of the central Texas Hill Country.  The hills are covered with Cedar and Live Oak trees which remain green year round.  The scenery is very pretty throughout the hills and along the lakes.

Cabins For Rent
All of the 15 cabins have heating and air conditioning.  They come with completely furnished kitchens and Color TVs with Cable. All of the linens are also furnished.  All of the cabins have a spectacular panoramic view of Lake LBJ.  All of the cabins are non-smoking units indoors.

You will find some of the best views of absolutely georgeous sunsets while looking across the lake from Kingsland Lodge.  Be sure to bring your camera!

• Our one room cottages sleep 2 people and rent for $85.00 per night.

• Our two room cottages sleep up to 4 people and rent for $95.00 per night.

• We have four two bedroom manufactured homes with Jacuzzi tubs.  They sleep up to 6 people and rent for $199.00 per night.

• Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage sleeps 10 and rents for $229.00.

• Our cottage by the water can sleep 12 people and rents for $310.00 per night.

* Cabin # 2 must be rented with cabin 1 or 3.  This would make cabin # 1 a 2-bedroom or #3 a 3-bedroom.  Or the whole unit would rent for $305 for up to 11 people.

Extra people (more than the number of people in the column on the right) are charged $10.00 a night.

Pet fee is $10.00 a night.

Day guests are $10 per day.

Minimum stay: There is a 3 night minimum stay on weekends during the summer months from May 15th through October 1st.

Our newly remodeled, air conditioned Gathering Room has a furnished kitchen and a bathroom.  Perfect for family reunions, weddings, receptions or company meetings.  It seats up to 60 people and rents for $175.00 per day (or $75.00 if renting 5 cabins or more).
